Randstad Foundation, entity focused on helping find employment for disadvantaged people, and Bester, a global leader in the development, engineering, supply, construction and operation and maintenance of renewable energy projects, have signed a collaboration agreement for the start up a project of integration and awareness of disability.

Balbina Rodríguez, owner of Bester, and Ana María Ballesteros, Director of Fundación Randstad projects, have signed the agreement. Through this agreement, both entities will develop a programme of actions of solidarity and participatory volunteering, as well as awareness-raising sessions for employees, which will promote socio-labor integration and employment of people with disabilities, as well as equality, diversity and environmental sustainability.

“These actions, which are going to get underway thanks to the signing of this agreement, will lay the foundations and most suitable work climate to facilitate the integration of new employees with disabilities who become part of the staff of Bester”, explains Ana Ballesteros.

Bester relies on the Randstad Foundation to strengthen its Corporate Social Responsibility through this type of actions, that will define both sides relying on the opinion of the employees of Bester.

Framed in this agreement, Bester and Randstad Foundation carry out an integration plan that allows to respond to the true purpose of this agreement “hire a person who belong to this group and to integrate it to the fullest in our company, that is part of this great family that conforms Bester,” as indicated by Balbina Rodríguez. “We want this incorporation to become reality as soon as possible, because people with disabilities must have the same opportunities as other people, and our priority is to implement this right that belongs to them”.
