The observance and application of the company’s Safety and Health Policy, applicable to all levels of the Bester Generación organization, has been a success, registering in 2014 an accident rate below the sector’s benchmark indexes.
These efforts have been recognized by the Administration in 2017 receiving the Bonus Campaign 2015 incentive for having contributed to the decrease and prevention of occupational accidents regulated in Royal Decree 404/2010, dated March 31, which regulates the establishment of a system of contribution reductions for occupational contingencies to companies that have contributed in particular to the reduction of occupational accidents.
We hope that Bester Generation continues to belong to this group of companies awarded for their efforts in the reduction and prevention of occupational accidents, and we appreciate the actions taken by each of OUR EMPLOYEES from every area of activity, hierarchical level, or geographical location to achieve year after year to be one of the companies recognized by the Social Security General Direction of Planning.
