Randstad Foundation, entity focused on helping find employment for disadvantaged people, and Bester, a global leader in the development, engineering, supply, construction and operation and maintenance of renewable energy projects, have signed a collaboration agreement for the start up a project of integration and awareness of disability.
The agreement has been signed by Balbina Rodríguez, owner of Bester, and Ana María Ballesteros, Director of Fundación Randstad projects. Through this agreement both entities will develop a programme of actions of solidarity and participative volunteer, as well as days of awareness of employees, who shall foster the socio-labour integration and employment of people with disabilities, as well as equality, diversity and environmental sustainability.

Bester relies on the Randstad Foundation to strengthen its Corporate Social responsibility through such actions, that will define both parties relying on the opinion of the employees of Bester. Framed in this agreement, Bester and Randstad Foundation carry out an integration plan that allows to respond to the true purpose of this agreement "hire a person who belong to this group and to integrate it to the fullest in our company, that is part of this great family that Bester," as Balbina Rodríguez. "We want that this incorporation becomes a reality as soon as possible, because persons with disabilities should have the same opportunities as other people, and our priority is to implement this right which belongs to them"
