Bester inaugurates the photovoltaic roof for self-consumption installed in the Club Zaudin Golf

The Mayor of Tomares, José Luis Sanz,the owners of Bester, Antonio Macías and Balbina Rodríguez and the president of Zaudin Golf Club, Juan Antonio López inaugurated the photovoltaic installation of parking Zaudin Golf Club, with a capacity of 67 kWp. The installation consists of a roof for 34 parking lots, covering an area of 422 m², using a renewable energy source to generate electricity. And, at the same time, it protects the vehicles of the Sun.

The solar photovoltaic project is in testing phase, after having been commissioned by Bester, who has executed the complete turnkey installation (supply, works and installation). The installation consists of 258 photovoltaic panels Jinko of 260 Wp each, and 4 equipment inverters of 12.5 kWn supplied by Aros Solar.

This self-consumption project allows to save 108.400 kWh per year in electricity consumption, which represents approximately a saving of 18% of the estimated consumption of the Club.

As President Juan Antonio López points out, this another improvement made by Club Zaudín Golf to satisfy its partners, "putting our grain of sand to be more sustainable, because we will avoid the emission of more than 30 Tons of CO2 to the atmosphere. Energy and economic savings", a decision made by the Club.

The Project Manager of Bester, Pierre Meulemans, explained the different parts that make up an installation of subsistence, the operation and the benefits. And the President of Bester, Antonio Macías, encouraged to continue betting for this type of facilities in Spain, "is essential to invest in renewable energy and follow in our daily struggle for" Build a more sustainable world”.
