Progressum is in charge of carrying out prospecting and generation of the opportunity as well as obtaining contracts (land or housing, electric company, selling power, etc.), permits and licenses (environmental, permits construction, connection to the network, etc.) necessary for the legalization and viability of the project.

The period of development covers the processing of the project until the moment in which you can start to build (“Ready to build”): location with sufficient resource, land use and viable evacuation point. It is essential to obtain all permits required by the Administration, especially in the environmental aspect.

Progressum opened its headquarters in Madrid in 2015, a team dedicated exclusively to the development of renewable energy projects from the earliest stages until the Ready to Build status, considering all important aspects for the success of the installation.

Progressum has today a pipeline of projects under development of more than 3,000 MW, in various phases of maturation, mainly in solar photovoltaic. This photovoltaic portfolio is diversified mainly in Latin America, a major market on the global solar map, and in the Middle East, a large area interested in reducing the use of fossil fuels. Progressum is also studying and analyzing land in Spain for projects in the local national market.
